Error 500 when trying to upload file

Hey,

I'm getting "500 Internal" error when trying to upload file. There are other internet sites on the server, but I do not have problems uploading files other websites.

I checked:

.htaccess
chmod & chown
upload folder


What could be the reason?

chmod +x /var/lib/nginx -R
