/usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/version.php should have the following code.  If it doesn't exist, create it:

Code: [Select]
<?php
$webpanel_version
"0.9.8.967";
?>

Try to update again.  Odd that php reports it can't open the file if it does exist.  Can you do a ls -al. Of that directory

I think this is it

[root@serviot ~]# ls -al /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/version.php
-rw-r----- 1 root root 42 May  5 01:06 /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/version.php

if it is not
Please write the complete command.
