All my subdomain, domain and database info does not appear in userpanel.

I recently run upgrade from cwp panel, i remember i also updated mariadb to latest version, i was worried but then i went on.
But soon after that what i see is that all my user logins have lost their database, ftp and subdomain records from user-panels.
This info is present in root login. I can still see all created accounts and their databases and subdomains. All are working also
but suddenly all this info does not appear in the user login panel.
Also in application version information panel in root panel, Mysql Version: label is empty and does not show version info.

Please help, what could be the cause.
