My Internet provider rdns and opened 25 ports. all time i'll get rDNS/PTR = FAILED, check with your hosting provider! this message. so what i need to do. change rdns checker ip ?

Add ptr record to your dns
-
how can i get my PTR record or have you got the same one ?

Simple rDNS Checker (PTR records)
Your rDNS for IP 192.168.0.2 is set as following:
resolves to: a.root-servers.net.
b.root-servers.net.
c.root-servers.net.
d.root-servers.net.
e.root-servers.net.
f.root-servers.net.
g.root-servers.net.
h.root-servers.net.
i.root-servers.net.
j.root-servers.net.
k.root-servers.net.
l.root-servers.net.
m.root-servers.net.
this is true ?

from linux you can check your PTR/RDNS records by using this comand
dig -x IPADDRESS +short
it should be as your hostname.

I can not send mail yet :S

the best would be that you check this with your server provider, it could be that your server provider has blocked smtp ports or your server firewall.
In some cases providers don't allow usage of the port smtp port 25 so you need to check that with them.

verifier.port25.com[38.95.177.125] :25: Connection timed out)
Your isp block outgoing port 25, ask them to open it
