my nameserver do not work and php selector 7.2 and 7.3 also do not work

I use CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1021 and I change my name server to ns1.mmhostzone.com with my static IP. But I can not ping to my  name server.

I add php 7.2 and 7.3 in my php selector. And then change php version in my client account. So after change, that site appear 500 Internal Server Error. The following is my link with check php info.

replace ip with server hostname and use https.

My host name can not be pinged.
So I replace with my host name and use https, This site can’t be reached.

Do you have an A record of your hostname on your DNS server?

Yes. My primary domain account is on my host. I use A record for that primary domain cause ns record do not work for my host.
