New Update 0.9.8.1116 destroys features, themes, languages area again

- Changes to packages can't be saved
- switching to other tabs than features does not have any function
- changelog is very old, please update it

update 1117 is now out and still not everything i mentioned is fixed.

Don't be angry, just be amazed!


The team is completely overwhelmed with CWP. I just think there are too many playing around at CWP and those responsible let everything go without first checking it through its paces. There will be no head there!
Or is there another intention behind it?
