Title: Nginx/Varnish/Apache + php-fpm Configure Wordpress Multisite

I am running webserver Nginx/Varnish/Apache + php-fpm and need help in WordPress multisite (subdomain) configuration help. When I install and create subdomain it's unable to access from front end and admin panel.

try this and see if it helps

obviously its for ubuntu so you need to translate commands and directories for centos (which CWP uses)
