Error while use update_cwp

I tried to run sh /scripts/update_cwp but ther result is :

PHP Fatal error:
The encoded file /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/cron.php has expired.
 in Unknown on line 0

how to fix it?

I would recommend using CWP support. It seems like your panel did have updates for long time.
