It requires chrome ssl connection for radios. How to define ssl for radio port. For example: https://www.domainname.com:9000

we've nginx/apache proxy port option you can add 9000 to any subdomain like
9000.domain.tld
9001.domain.tld

ensure this subs have A record dns.
