Hi,
I'm transferring an account from one CWP to Another CWP. I use full account backup copy it over and restore but no email accounts or forwarders are created?

about email

check on mxtoolbox to test smtp banner (if you cant test) from outside
and test send email manual from roundcube
check the dkim spf etc/... because sometimes google temporary reject un trusted email
