This panel seems good but for now seems there are too much issues for me.
I tried also to suspend an user and after I reactivate it seems user cannot anymore login into FTP also if the password is resetted. Access Denied.

I AM using Webuzo, is more visual but have the issue that user cannot change their email password inside roundcube.
Also Webuzo is only a single control panel but is better as visual, email DNS DKIM SPF dmarc configuration, maybe also install SSL is little bit more easy as navigate into menu.

I tried Softaculos script installer in your panel but is not working for me. Indicate 0 user associated and I cannot install nothing inside Softacolus installed by the panel.

:)

My test of this panel is ended for now. But nice works.

as first you can't login into FTP as root as root needs to use SFTP or SSH.
FileManager has issues with centos 7 and we are now working on the new much improved version...should be available soon.

also many other features coming soon for users and admin.

ThNk you for the info. A question: the panel have auto update enabled? Or a new panel version should be ... as I can find the panel auto update in 48 h. That's good.  Thanks.

You may have to test suspend an account than reactivate and use FTP. Is the user able to use again FTP? In my test not.
