Error 500 every few days. Have to Fix permissions everytime

I have problem with permissions. They seem to reset somehow, but im doing nothing to those files. They just lay around and are executed every while.

Still, after few days, I have to go and fix permissions, meaning i cannot autoimate process as it requires my attendance.

What may be causing this problem? This account is quite big and it takes some time to restore permissions.

Are you saying numerous accounts have permission issues or it is just one account?

Do these account(s) have subdomains?

I'm really sorry for late reply. Acually I'm using only one account (dedicated server) and it has 1 Prestashop and one thirtybees.

Every while permissions are lost. But not those "visible". chmod is always proper. but 500 and only Fix permissions on this account recovers it.

This script is static, not modified, not updated (except manually). Not sure what happens to it it starts to produce 500 and only Fix Permissions helps it.

This script is not used daily, more like weekly and /scripts/cron_fix_openbasedir does not detect it.

Maybe you uploading files under another user like root or you have set the root login credentials for FTPs in your website config.

When I upload, i do it with user account i created.
And PHP files work fine after upload, but some times passes and after few weeks of not using are 500.

If it's not common problem, then maybe I will just wait untill it happens next  time, will check exactly which "fix permissions" option fixes problem and report back when i have 100% confirmed it happens without my changes.

That's weird. Seems like you changing the owner or permissions manually.
