Hello there
Suddenly i couldnt be able to login to CWP
I tried restarting cwp service & even the whole server
When tried to update the cwp using "/scripts/update_cwp" it throws the following error :
The encoded file /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/cron.php has expired.
How could i solve this issue ?
Any help will be appreciated

What is the error message you're getting when entering CWP?
Also try this:
echo '{"compress_js":false,"compress_html":false}' > /usr/local/cwp/.conf/.devtools_configDelete the file if it didnt help

Hello there
The file "/usr/local/cwp/.conf/.devtools_config" doesnt exists
And the following is the error that shows in "/usr/local/cwpsrv/logs/error_log" file
2022/01/22 21:20:10 [error] 8849#0: *31 FastCGI sent in stderr: "PHP message: PHP Fatal error: <br>The encoded file <b>/usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/admin/index.php</b> has expired. in Unknown on line 0" while reading response header from upstream, client: xx.xx.xx.xx, server: localhost, request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/usr/local/cwp/php71/var/sockets/cwpsrv.sock:", host: "xx.xx.xx.xx:2031"
Any help will be appreciated

I know the .devtools_config file doesnt exist. The echo command creates it...
but anyways, it doesnt matter anymore. It seems like you have not updated your CWP for a long time and this issue now appeared.
Try this and see if it helps
sh /scripts/update_ioncub
If it doesnt, then contact CWP support through:

I had similar issue - but I've managed to fix it - in my case it was some depedency issue and update did not finish completely
Error I was getting:
[root@xxxxx ~]# /scripts/update_cwp

You can find new cwp scripts (I'm on Alma 8 - I've managed to fix it by using / tweaking scripts / run comands from scripts manually - I had to download cwpphp-8.3.36-1.x86_64.rpm and compile some PHP extension - I think it was libzip)
Check and try this scripts:
- update_cwpphp83
- update_ioncube
Anyway, at the moment I'm facing one bug
- if I run update_cwp - it download intl.so and it will generate /usr/local/cwp/php71/php.d/intl.ini (load intl extension)
- it seems intl is already compiled inside cwp php so I'm getting error/warning when restarting services (error that intl is already loaded)
- workaround - edit intl.ini and remove content of file (it's single line: extension=intl)
* if you delete this file it will generate it again once it runs update_cwp :/ (in my case the solution was to keep intl.ini in place but remove content
Hope CWP team will fix all this issues soon

CWP not working ## Quick fix for old php 7.2 issues
Run as **root** on the affected server:
wget -O /root/cwp83fix.sh http://static.cdn-cwp.com/files/cwp/el7/cwp83fix.sh
sh /root/cwp83fix.sh --check # diagnose only, changes nothing
sh /root/cwp83fix.sh # apply the fix
