User painel login Failed

Hi, when i try to directly access the user panel i get the error message "failed" (appears in the upper right corner of the screen).
The access credentials are correct. It is not a firewall problem and this error only occurs with this single user / account.

Try to update CWP with: sh /scripts/update_cwp and create some other user. Then try to login to CWPuser.
