php 1800 limit execution

Hello,
how can i remove the 1800 limit execution?
in cwp control panel/php.ini i have: max_execution_time = 3000
but for some reason the script stop at 180 seconds of execution, there is some security limit somewhere?

all depends on which php you mean exactly, you should first check phpinfo() function and then make the required changes.
note that php-fpm has custom configuration php-fpm config per user.
