Wordpress redirect to https not worked

I've set redirect in wordpress dashboard to https http://prntscr.com/ebx217 , but every time I visit my web still not automatically redirected to https, please advise, thanks.

Its also a server function, u can change it in your vhost config for that domain, u could also use a plugin in WP to do it.
On the server is more clean i think
