MariaDB 10.11.18

Hi i have bought CWP Pro 7 license it's $11.99 a year, i left instructions on it to install MariaDB 10.11.18 on the cwp, i am getting no proper answers. when i open a support ticket all i get in all replies is below

Kindly make sure, the CWP PRO license does not include any type of support, you need to signup for a support service if you want us to troubleshoot issues on your server.

The MariaDB 10.11 upgrade is pretty straightforward:

CWP installation isn't included with the license.

There is an option to add it for the additional price, if you selected it.
