ClamAV issue in user panel

clamAV is installed and running in cwp admin panel and successfully running scan but under user panel it shows clamav not installed contact administrator. this happened after i migrated my cwp panel from centos 7 to almalinux 9 . it seems like some permission issue for user panel after restoring from cwp complete backup to almalinux 9 server.

does any one know how to fix this issue?

i already tried to rebuild mail server by selecting clamav/amavis option but it says already installed and running.

Did you try the Fix Permissions option in CWP UI?

User Accounts > Fix Permissions

yes already with no luck  :'(

Do you see some errors in:

/usr/local/cwpsrv/logs/error_log

when you open "File Management" -> "Antivirus scan" in the user level panel ?

nothing in the error logs . see the snapshot of user panel for reference.

In earlier posts detailing his adventures installing CWP under AlmaLinux 9, he specifically noted that you have to install ClamAV BEFORE you install CWP:

is there a work around now to fix this issue without re-installing complete cwp again ?

With AlmaLinux 9, things have to be installed in a certain way.
Including ClamAV.

If not, they will not work.

There is an old install guide running around the forums on the proper way to install AlmaLinux 9 and CWP.
