Change default web directory in Centos 6

Hello everybody,

My server runs with centos 6.8 and apache 2.2.27.
The problem started when i installed CWP (centos web panel) and the documentRoot changed to usr/local/apache/htdocs.
My past documentRoot was var/www/html and i had a sub folder for my website. I cut this folder on usr/local/apache/htdocs/mysubfolder but i didn't know how to redirect my domain on this folder. I tried to configure vhosts but nothing works. I saw always the default index.html file.

Need help please. And i'm sure it's so easy.
