how to set cwp time

how to set cwp time
i founded cwp panel system time is not same as my linux vps time and php time


and can i set the backup hour in my time?
def backup hour is 3am ?

if use remote backup, system will keep localhost backup in backup folder too or will deleted it?

set your also timezone here
CWP php configuration /usr/local/cwp/php71/php.ini
php configuration default: /usr/local/php/php.ini

cwp remote backup will not delete local but will also not create them anymore once the remote is activated.
