Title: Panel not reachable over public ip

I'm new to centOS webpanel and I can't reach the panel over the public ip (http://ip:2030) but I can reach it over the local ip(http://local-ip:2030).

UPDATE: My router somehow did not save, when I configured it to forward port 2031!
