Hi

While creating and Add new account from Reseller Panel => Account => Add new account

Its giving error of  Something went wrong  but account created when we refresh page.

Can you determine where the error occurred? Do you have the home directory created, DB user, etc?

Hi,

Yes, Account create properly with home directory and package allotted.

which error log to check for trace?
