Title: Advanced file Manager not useable

I am using firefox with cwp.  When I open advanced file manager everything is good until I edit a file.  The popup window with the text file is under the browser bar.  Cannot close the text editor because the close button is not visible.  Window cannot be dragged to a a more usable location either.

you can press F11 on your keyboard to increase window size

That worked.  Should be a popup explaining the problem though.  Who would know about f11?
