Title: AutoSSL Stopped working

So i add domains into CWP on a daily basis, Recently autossl feature has stopped working.

I just get this message :

DNS of your domain doesn't point to this server or you have htaccess restrictions

the DNS is pointed fine and propagated for over 48 hours and the .htaccess file isnt there. I have tried this on a number of our servers with many different domains with the same issue using both Centos 6 & Centos 7

Can you look to repair this feature or does anyone have a fix for this please? Ive tried quite alot of stuff now.
