« on: December 06, 2022, 06:22:19 AM »
already found new bug
when i enter custom SPF TXT record from user panel. it will not read well
example:

v=spf1 ip4:103.187.106.15 ~all
@ IN TXT v=spf1 ip4:103.187.106.15 ~all
will read by cwp :
@ IN TXT v=spf1

if i use " "
@ IN TXT "v=spf1 ip4:103.187.106.15 ~all"
will read by cwp
@ IN TXT v=spf1ip4:103.187.106.15~all

but everything is fine when i added from root panel

I reported it same thing today. Same situation exist in my CWP and they answered you don't have support service and they replied you use non-utf probably.

first

v=spf1 +a +mx +ip4:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX ~all

when i add ~all it becomes special char in user account. I used directly to clean format in Terminal to copy paste.

it becomes X[ at the and and ~all removing.
when i add directly in FILE in CWP with quotes or not. it seen ~all and correct records but it is always remove the space between records when i check output from DNS server at mxtoolbox or another services after any update at TXT box in any domain. it is also exist for DMARC too. TXT box somehow not works correctly.

so I cannot do any migration from old servers because of reason now.
