cpanel file manager can't show files and directorys.

Hi;

I have CWP pro version (CWPpro version: 0.9.8.1055). if customer try use file manager in cpanel (www.customerdomain.com/cpanel) file manager can't opened but can't show fles and directorys. (ROOT file manager work correct but cpanel user file manager can't show files and directorys.)

Anyone have this problem?

Please attach more info, screenshots, error logs, without that we can not help you
