Non http goes to https different domain is used with https

I have a domain which is non https. Now if i use it with https then a warning page came out and when i proceed it takes me to the first domain which is added in the SSL certificates list and its the different domain. WHy this problem is going on due to this i am anot able to add the chain SSL certificates
