Default page of CWP for new accounts created getting this error

I updated themes_lang2
under Templete Editor Pages

Page Configuration
The Web Template Editor allows you to edit placeholder web pages   made  a edit

Now it shows  non all new account created welcome pages

Change it back to default

major bug did this on more installed on a few servers  CWP same error on all installs
