DNS of your domain doesn't point to this server or you have htaccess

When we attempt to install an SSL Certificate we are getting


Error...!
DNS of your domain doesn't point to this server or you have htaccess restrictions

The DNS IS pointing towards the server, and using Wheres my DNS we've confirmed propagation

Any thoughts?

Same error from last couple of days even though domain or sub-domains are pointing directly without any DNS Masking of CloudFlare!
