yes, it is.
This stream failure is somehow not consistent. Most of the time it happens but then there are occasions it does not show and the PHP info page is being displayed/rendered correctly.

This now with CWPpro version: 0.9.8.522, recent addition are the SSL/certificate issues which look like a regression bug

Same issue.
Tried recompiling PHP and Apache.
