Hourly Email not working

 i checked Hourly Email is not working , for that my server IP goon blacklisted again and again .

Could you provide some more information? Now it is a pure guessing job about what the problem might be.

- before turning on hourly services etc. do check if you can send/receive emails.

I want to say .  I have VPS with CWP . my IP is going blacklisted again and again .
so I set hourly email =2 for package . still any I can send any no of amount email .  Please take a look on screenshot http://prntscr.com/pq7fot

I have many wordpress site . I dont know  how lots of email are sent .

so I want to stop email from code . ( but it should work from webmail ) .
also if there any option to set limit for any domain .

From your screenshot, I can see that email has been hacked. Please change the password on that email account and scan the machine which is using this email for any viruses or keyloggers.
