Title: how to use 10 license program??

hello
i bought 10 cwp pro license program but i can't see where to load server ips in client area.i attached screenshot here.. it's been 8 days i opened multiple tickets but no reply from support also emailed them.. i guess support is dead now.. can anyone help to figure it out?
