Hi all,

I am now having trouble logging into customer web panel (Admin panel is all OK).

I am getting this message: -

Incorrect Access

Can anyone help me please?

hi
just go to the cwp admin and change the password of this customer to (Random Password)
and then with this RANDOM password go to the customer web panel and change it from there to whatever you want >>>

i had the same problem so i tried for like more than 4 hours and success at the end
