Old backup Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted ERROR

I running manualy old backup system with cronjob:
/usr/local/cwp/php71/bin/php -d max_execution_time=1000000 -q /usr/local/cwpsrv/htdocs/resources/admin/include/cron_backup.php

But backup freeze an account. Error log:

How to fix this?

PHP Fatal error:  Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 98566176 bytes)Alternatively, read the error message, which tells you what is wrong..
Alter your system php.ini to increase memory to 1Mb.

Thank you for your post, as you have prompted me to enhance my manual backups by creating a backup_exclude.conf (as with WHM/cPanel), to exclude cache,tmp,backup etc.

I'm send E-Mail to support before 1 weeks but I can't get any answer.
Memory limit is maximum.
