that repo is already installed.
liquidsoap wasn't installed but now it is.

Remove your information.  You just opened up your server to be hacked by anyone and everyone.  NEVER post passwords

I have this server only for ten days. Final working server won't be this one.
Just trying to understand this software and then will be moved to another server.
Thanks

AutoDJ still not working  :'(

Check the log file.

systemctl status liquidsoap@<Port>   I found that all of the mp3's, the m3u, and the config file all need 744 chmod in order for autodj to work.   The Script is setting them 640, and that is causing errors

reinstalled OS (Centos 8 Stream)
reinstalled CWP
Installed Shoutcast and Liquisoud from CWP
Created five radios.
Uploaded few tracks to all and created .m3u
All started to work.
RSYNCed tracks from another server. Created m3u files from local windows PC and uploads to all except one radio.
One radio that didn't get files uploaded or m3u created, keeps working fine
but all other radios won't work. Compared all permissions and owners to one working and all match.

systemctl status liquidsoap@9968 (This stream is working fine)
systemctl status liquidsoap@9958 (This fails)

/usr/bin/liquidsoap /etc/liquidsoap/9958.liq (Running from CLI)
Stream starts to work. Doesn't show working status in the CWP panel. But when closed in terminal, stream stops.

**UPDATE**
Leaving everything at default, whatever script creates, owners and permissions.
Only changed the mp3 files owner to root and it's working..

Working on production server. Will update how it goes..

there still seems to be a problem with the admin login of shoutcast.

if i enter the user i set the server up for and the admin password it seems not to work.

so what credentials does it want from me? Are there some default logins or something?

Are you trying to login to server login from the shoutcast server?
username: admin
password: you created when you created the shoutcast server in CWP admin

Hi There

I just set up CWP on a fresh CentOS7 two days ago.
Sadly I have some curious behavior:

I create a new user "A" and a new ShoutCast Server for that user. Once this is done (and after applying the command mentioned above) I am able to log in as user and configure an autodj that runns fine.

When I then create another user "B", and another Shoutcast Server for user "B", I can log in as user "B" and manage that ShoutCast and AutoDJ.
BUT!! When I now try to login as user "A" again, the ability to manage Shoutcast/AutoDJ is gone, although, ShoutCast and AutoDJ instances are still running and service is up. in the user gui I only see "Servercast Not available"

For me, it currently looks like that only the user that last was created a ShoutCast for is able to configure it in the user panel.

What am I missing? Or some conflicts with security settings?`

Thanks, in advance for any hints!!

PS:
Another "Bug":
In Admin-Gui, on Fetures,Themes,Languages, when I create Account only for streaming, the "manage" setting does not seem to be remembered, when loading that Account again. The checkbox on "manage" is allways unchecked, wenn I get back and add another user to the Account.

    Apache version: Apache/2.4.52
    PHP version: 8.1.0
    MySQL version: 10.2.44-MariaDB
    FTP version: 1.0.47
    SSH Port: XXXX
    MySql Port: XXXX
    Web Servers: nginx-varnish-apache

I'm having an issue with both iceCast and shoutCast, I've set up the user, activated the servers and when I log-in to the account the radio servers is missing. I had 1 shoutCast server working but that is now gone. I need to run 26 radio servers 13 of each.

I would prefer not going back to what I had been using but if I can't get this working that maybe my only option. 8)
