I can't see the total disk size of my reseller customer and all its customers. Is there a solution for this?

Don't do reselling :P
(A little bit cheeky, but it is a practice I hold to.)

The problem hasn't been resolved for 6 months. At this rate, I'll be saying goodbye to CWP.

You have to have XFS Enabled space to control the storage space size in CWP.
This is noted in the Docs & FAQ. If not, then it won't work.
What distro are you running CWP on?
Do you have XFS Enabled??
What does:
lsblk -fshow?

[root@linux ~]# lsblk -f
NAME FSTYPE LABEL UUID MOUNTPOINT
sda
├─sda1
├─sda2 vfat 3F31-DBA5 /boot/efi
├─sda3 xfs 37e38df4-28dc-4d9c-acb5-1a2fd7e6130b /boot
└─sda4 xfs 82937238-3da4-4dda-9db2-29556dccce0a /
[root@linux ~]#

OK, that's good.
Make sure to do a snapshot, before the below, to be safe.
Then it's just Enabling:
Security -> Cgroups Resource Limits
File Management -> Disk Quota Setup
Then make sure under Packages, you have the limits storage limits set, and then click on Update Quota.
Under AL8, you should be all set now to control the user resources used.

I've already set up quotas. However, I can't see the total space used by a reseller account. I can only see that user. It calculates the account opened under the reseller separately. It doesn't add it to the total.
