Resellers sub-accounts missing after update

My reseller has 8 sub accounts but currently its not displaying. In the graph it shows 8 accounts but in menu it doesnt show up.

Hello,

When we access a Reseller account, and go to the Manager, customer accounts are not listed, and do not show usage graphs.

When will this be resolved?

We saw that sometimes, it even shows something, but in 80% of the accesses it does not list the content.

This is a common issue since last few updates and I have to contact CWP team every time to fix it.

Hopefully, they will permanently fix the issue.

If this is something that they can fix, they really should post on here steps to correct the issue...  My 2 cents.
