Nginx & Varnish & Apache

I had an issue of nginx not starterting / restarting

I rebuilt webservers with Apache only

Later I rebuilt using Nginx & Varnish & Apache

But in dashboard, I dont see nginx

Also

# nginx -v
-bash: nginx: command not found

But, if I visit Select webservers option, I see "Nginx & Varnish & Apache" option selected

I see that Igf I stay in this option, many urls like webmail fail to work

There is a bug cant remember where but I know nginx apache varnish is not supported on mine alma 9 also.
I m using apache nginx configuration and worked fine.
I think there is some problems between new version of varnish config which cwp does not support yet.
