Setting up user quota doesnt work

I newly moved to cwp from cpanel.

Whatever link i see in internet,

1. I cant fully understand
2. Even if i try, it doesnt work.

All users are shown not using diskspace. Whereas band width usage is being calculated.

Try to check your packages and set "update quota" (if quotas already enabled)
