Client Web Dead - No Error found in server

i dont know where proper category for this topic.

This happened to my vps around 2 weeks. My client web is down for many times, having checked the related service, no service stopped. i tried to restart cwpsrv service but still down, the last solution just reboot the server.

is there anyone experience the same problem? is there any fixed solution? i have big client and they are thinking to move to another provider.

did you checked the logs

Which logs? apache or other logs?

are you getting any error message?
