Too many processes (Apache , Nginx Running but not responding )

Hi there

I have 4 server of same specs having 150 to 200 sites each
=====Specs====
2 Core
8 GB RAM
80 GB SSD

I am having issues on one server is that there are 700 while other server have only 180 to 200  processes running sometime load spikes to 104+  and apache , nginx stops responding and I have to restart server again and again to make it work . Can anyone help me to solve the issue .
