Unable to open userpanel

Hi

I am getting "403 Forbidden" cwpsrv error when try to open user panel

On checking /usr/local/cwpsrv/logs/error_log I see the following line

I even paid and created a one time support ticket. Just going rounds (Payment seems to not updated)

Is this from the Accounts > List Accounts page (where you click on the Open Panel wrench icon? Or is it from the :2083 link, using their credentials directly?

Have you tried the usual fix of going into Features, Themes, Languages and changing something in the package or account? You can set it back afterward, but it's a good first test.

List accounts link gives 403 forbidden error

While :2083 gives https error

Also I am getting forbidden error at places like webmail

You cannot visit domain.tld right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

Did you try to re-issue the server hostname certificate? (Change hostname, could switch to 4096 bit key size)

Please advise the following:

What distro are you running CWP on?

Public or NAT?

Did that. No use. Tried 4096 as well now. No use

And I also see that /webmail is also throwing 403 forbidden error
