User login failed to access CWP but can access to phpmyadmin

Hello,

Since latest update, users must be logged in from port 2082 or 2083 with this warning

The link redirected the user to server ip address and port 2082
Since latest update, all user can't login with their password
i have reset all users password, but still no luck, it always failed to login

But root user can login to CWP without problem
i can access phpmyadmin from administrator page with regular username & password, but can't login to regular user CWP


tl;dr

regular user can't login to port 2082/2083 to access CWP
but i can login to phpmyadmin using same username & password from CWP administrator page


Am I missing something?
