In List accounts
https://example.com:2031/admin/index.php?module=list_accounts
Link for user need to be
https://example.com:2083
When url is not a ip and IP not work well with https
Same mistake in redirects, redirect to IP not to domain
https://example.com:2031/admin/index.php?module=system_redirects
