admin panel slow to load

Lately my latest install is not able to completely load admin GUI.  I usually have to do a page reload to get the panel to load.  My other sites are showing the same latency.

One thing I did notice is that I do not have a swap memory indicated on the admin panel right margin even though I do have 256MB swap memory.

Happens in IE and chrome and FF

Well, if your server is not being attacked, with so little information on what the problem is, I could also only recommend an equally simple solution, which would be to reinstall CWP.
Any additional detail that we could help and justify not doing this ..?

Changed my router DNS to 8888 and 8844 and pages load instantly now.
