I purchased a license on 10/12/2023 and it stopped working after 2 days when I opened a ticket in the support they were not helping me first they said my license expired on 10/12/2023 exactly the date when I purchased a license when I told him that it was my purchase date so he told me I am sending this matter to billing team, Billing team told me that your license is activated. But it's not working and still support team is still not helping me they told me my server is not responding then I recorded a video and sent it to them after the video they told me to whitelist an IP and add 2 TCP ports After doing this problem still exist and when I told them that issue is not resolving they replied everything is fine from our side and the problem still exist.
