CWP lives in /usr/local/cwpsrv/
Are you looking at the user panel or admin panel?
But I do think you're approaching the wrong problem (http://"https://arstechnica.com/space/2023/08/spacexs-vp-of-launch-shares-the-companys-special-algorithm-for-innovation/") -- if you want things to go faster, take assessment of your available resources and your current load. Is this a VPS? What connection speed are you guaranteed? CPU and RAM?

Check what overseer mentioned.
Anything less than 4GB RAM & 2 CPU's is going to run slow. 2GB RAM is the absolute MINIMUM.
Your servers connection.
But also your connection to the internet.
If you want to log in faster, there is a checkbox to the left of the login button that says, 'Fast Login (no stats and checks)'.
Check that box, then login.

But what is your own ISP connection speed? And what is your VPS guaranteed -- 100Mbit? Gigabit? Is this at peak times, or all the time (off hours)?
