Change control panel login ports to 80/443

Hello, I hope someone can help.
Is there a way to provide control panel access via 80/443. reason for this is not to open the additional ports on the firewall.

why would you want to change to those ports for the control panel...that is not done with any control panel i have ever used (cpanel, vestacp, ispconfig, virtualmin, ispmanager...)

You dont want your control panel running on either of those two ports.

if you are trying to get SSL working (ie https) you dont need to do anything other than open the CWP SSL port in your VPS network firewall (and quite possibly on the server itself if closed) and then install and SSL certificate.
