What physical CPU is the server running? Are you on a dedicated server, VPS, or otherwise?

Could you please advise of the following:

What 'errors' and/or 'messages' are being displayed in the logs?

What distro are you trying to install CWP onto?

VPS or Dedicated?

Public or NAT?

Maybe you've exposed a bug with that CPU. Does Graphs > NetData show you any differently?

I found the issue. The procps package was corrupt. I could not find the top command. Reinstalling the package did not work. I ended up downgrading then upgrading with a fresh download.
