I can see symbols when I use French

Hi guys,
I'm a big fan of CWP, I'm using it for years
However lately I created some accounts selecting "fr" french language, And I can see symbols in some locations.
For example when login to users panel I can see "L'état de votre plan"
When I past that on Goggle it reads " L'état de votre plan".
How to fix that?
